WHY MIDODO IS TURNING HEADS AT TUK

If you haven’t heard of Ephraim Landis Midodo yet, you might want to start paying attention. Around the Technical University of Kenya, his name has been popping up more and more as conversations about the upcoming SATUK 2026/2027 elections gain momentum.


And while he may not have held a major student leadership office yet, Midodo is stepping forward with something just as powerful. On a campus where many students feel leadership has become predictable, Midodo is bringing something different to the table.

No long political history. No recycled promises. Just a confident student with big ideas and the courage to step forward.

Students are beginning to notice the calm confidence he carries when he walks into conversations about the future of SATUK. He speaks like someone who genuinely believes the student association can do more for the people it represents.

So when the time comes for delegates and students to make their decision, one name might just be the one everyone is talking about.
